Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing with marketing support.
  • Liaise with marketing suppliers in co-ordinating and facilitating a smooth flow of services.
  • General administrative duties and marketing co-ordination.
  • Co-ordinating meetings and assisting with supplier communication.
  • Fulfilling daily administrative tasks to ensure the functioning and coordination of the department’s activities including month end billing and invoicing.
  • Assisting with the operational running of the marketing department and the attainment of its goals and objectives, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.). Conducting market research and analysing consumer rating reports / questionnaires.
  • Support in organising various projects. Manage specific marketing portfolio briefs from development to completion.
  • Update, monitor and ensure alignment of the digital touch points, including the various websites managed by the brand, digital leads landing pages and social media platforms. Working closely with the design studio, development team and the SEO agency on the day-to-day production. Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in the monitoring of key online marketing metrics to track success. Ensure that the brand message is consistent across all touch points.

Minimum Qualification Requirements :

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field
