A leading company in the healthcare sector is seeking a Marketing Co-Ordinator for its Kenilworth office. The role involves implementing marketing strategies, managing social media content, and supporting various marketing initiatives. Successful candidates should possess relevant qualifications, experience, and strong communication skills.
We have the following vacancy available in the Marketing Department based at our Head Office in Kenilworth:
MARKETING CO-ORDINATOR
Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Marketing/Advertising or Public Relations Qualification or a related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Marketing Co-Ordinator or in a similar role
• Practical experience using social media platforms and basic knowledge of graphic design tools for marketing content and communication
• Experience and knowledge in digital advertising
• Experience in event management
• Excellent computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to cope well under pressure
• Good work management, planning and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
Key Outputs:
• Assist with the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, campaigns, projects, and events.
• Assist with creating, publishing, and monitoring social media content and updating website information.
• Liaise with external service providers to develop marketing materials and videos.
• Capture and compile photo/video content for media and corporate events and assist in the development of marketing material as required.
• Distribute marketing materials, new service updates, and specialist introductions to relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee production of general front-of-house signage and ensure all brand initiatives are visible and on-brand.
• Provide on-site support for events, campaigns and various projects as approved.
• Assist with organising radio and online interviews.
• Manage marketing enquiries and ensure timely feedback to stakeholders.
• Support client satisfaction initiatives and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain marketing databases, schedules, and assist with general administrative duties and reporting.
• Assist with any other relevant duties or ad hoc tasks as required by the Group Marketing Manager.
