Marketing Co-Ordinator (with Graphic Design Skills)
This role will involve two main elements:
- Support Role to Group Marketing Manager
- Graphic design
General Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- MUST be able to provide a portfolio on application.
- Responsible for maintaining the company's brand strategy.
- Ensure that the marketing and promotional materials remain updated and current.
- Graphic design: digital mock-ups, photo editing, presentation, and developing proposal concepts.
- Control and monitor the company’s digital footprint, including social media content, website updates, and content monitoring.
- Control marketing material projects from development and design to distribution and tracking.
- Develop marketing strategies for advertising new products.
- Organize promotional events and coordinate day-of deliveries and staffing.
- Review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and develop solutions within budget constraints.
- Identify potential new markets and create a plan to enter those markets.
- Brainstorm fresh advertising ideas with senior management.
- Gather information on competitors, pricing, and various marketing aspects to help identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.
Marketing Management Support Tasks:
- Update spec sheets, price lists, fab sheets.
- Ensure the website is fresh and up to date.
- Assist with ad-hoc marketing-related queries.
- Support field representatives.
- Compile and summarize reports.
- Support in database development, social media platforms, and content marketing.
- Coordinate and support function to retailers and key internal departments.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to increase demand for products and services.
- Possess knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, and technology.
- Analyze marketing data and performance.
- Have a history of planning successful product launches and events.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and clients.
- Exhibit time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives.
- Show leadership skills to motivate team members and manage conflicts.
Graphic Design Tasks:
- Design artwork for posters, signage, billboards, fab sheets, point of sale material, website banners, presentations, digital mediums, social mediums, corporate stationary, vehicle branding, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
- Creative flair – please send portfolio.
- Experience with Adobe Suite programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
