Job summary

The HR Company in Durban is seeking a seasoned Marketing professional to lead and execute initiatives that strengthen the brand, engage customers and drive business growth.

You will develop plans, create content for social, newsletters and the website, manage multi-platform presence, and coordinate events while staying aligned with the brand and current marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing roles, agency or in-house preferred.
• Strong design skills with proficiency in design software.
• Proven ability to manage social media and create engaging content.
• Experience creating content across digital and print channels.
• Good understanding of current marketing trends and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly computer literate and able to learn new tools.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.

THE ROLE

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 35 years' experience in a marketing role, either agency or in-house
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in relevant design software
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content
• Experience with content creation across digital and print channels
• Good understanding of current marketing trends and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Highly computer literate and comfortable learning new systems and tools
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
