Our client, a prominent brand and a market leader in their field, is seeking to employ an experienced Marketing & Brand Manager to their Port Elizabeth based team.

Requirements:
- Marketing degree is essential.
- 3 years’ experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a franchise or multi-branch environment.
- Strong expertise in brand-building, digital marketing, and campaign execution is essential.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
1. Brand Strategy and Management:
- Champion the company's brand and ensure consistent representation across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Lead the development and execution of national marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and recognition.
2. Campaign Execution and Agency Management:
- Work alongside the company's creative agency, public relations firm and junior digital marketers to plan, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing and PR campaigns.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approval processes.
3. Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including content strategy, social media planning, and performance analytics.
- Monitor and optimise platform engagement, reach, and follower growth.
4. Lead Generation and Website Performance:
- Drive qualified traffic to the company's website and franchise landing pages.
- Optimise digital campaigns and content for lead generation.
- Track, analyse, and report on key digital KPIs.
5. Franchise Marketing Support:
- Provide tools, templates, and guidance to franchisees for local marketing initiatives.
- Assist in local implementation of national campaigns and offer tailored support as needed.
6. Internal Communication and Brand Advocacy:
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all franchises.
- Encourage internal participation and pride in the brand and its marketing initiatives.
7. Financial Management:
- Set and manage the annual marketing budget.
- Ensure all campaigns and activities remain within the approved financial plan.
