Marketing Automation Specialist - German

Job Summary: Responsible for the overall email campaign creation and execution within our marketing automation platform (Eloqua).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end email campaign production, including creation, setup, testing, deployment, reporting, and optimization in Eloqua.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across regions to deliver targeted marketing campaigns, emails, awareness, acquisition programs, and customer communications.
3. Coordinate with the Operations Supervisor to ensure flawless email execution.
4. Ensure email messages adhere to industry best practices, including deliverability, mobile rendering, and open rates.
5. Regularly interact with onshore partners, representing the REPH RX Campaigns Team.

1. Data and Analytics Management: Analyze and organize data, aligning results with industry trends.
2. Campaign Management: Conceptualize, create, and execute effective campaign journeys.
3. Web Development and Optimization: Manage and analyze digital content and performance.
4. Creative Design: Develop visual communication plans and collateral.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with campaign setup, email creation, HTML editing, and reporting.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, preferably Eloqua.
• Knowledge of landing page and email marketing best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
