Marketing Assistant Role Available at IIE Varsity College

The IIE MSA Ruimsig Campus in Roodepoort has a vacancy for a Marketing Assistant.

Location: Roodepoort, Gauteng

Marketing Administration

1. Accurate capturing of prospective student information, appointments, and applications onto SIS and all applicable reports.
2. Capturing all leads into the relevant campaigns (Online applications, Online enquiries, Telephone enquiries).
3. Working co-operatively with the Head: Student Recruitment with respect to all database statistics for marketing reports (i.e., Presentation Trackers and all relevant sales reports).
4. Assisting Students Advisors with all database administration and associated correspondence.
5. Responsible for the integrity of data across all systems relating to the information for prospective students and applicants.
6. Work closely with Sales Analyst to ensure reports balance and all information is accurately captured.

General Activities

1. Provide support as needed for planning of Information evenings and Online orientations.
2. Calling to support the student recruitment team in peak periods, including database calling and calling of appointments & applicants as required by the Head: Student Recruitment to support the Student Advisors.
3. Any ad hoc duties as stipulated from time-to-time by the Head: Student Recruitment.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

Relevant 3 year Diploma / Degree is recommended; however, not essential.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements:

1 – 2 years Administration experience. Sales experience advantageous.
