Accurately capturing prospective student information, appointment forms, and applications into STASY and generating relevant reports.
Entering all leads into appropriate campaigns (interest cards, online applications, inquiries, walk-ins).
Collaborating with the Head of Student Recruitment on database statistics for marketing reports, including presentation trackers and sales reports.
Managing marketing stock and promotional materials.
Ensuring interview rooms are stocked with suitable marketing collateral.
Assisting Student Advisors with database administration and correspondence.
Maintaining data integrity across systems related to prospective students and applicants, working closely with the Sales Analyst to ensure accurate reporting.
General Activities
Supporting event planning for open days, career fairs, etc.
Supporting the student recruitment team during peak periods with database calling and contacting interviewees and applicants as directed by the Head of Student Recruitment.
Performing any additional duties as assigned by the Head of Student Recruitment.

Minimum Educational Requirements
Matric certificate is essential
Relevant 3-year Diploma or Degree is preferred but not mandatory
Minimum Work Experience
1-2 years of administrative experience
Experience in media, advertising, or branding roles is advantageous
