THE ROLE

We’re searching for a Marketing Assistant who loves digging into audiences, spotting patterns, and turning raw insight into angles that actually make people stop and feel something. If hooks, messages, and offers are your playground, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities
  • Research audiences, trends, and competitors to find fresh marketing ideas.
  • Develop angles, messages, and offers that grab attention and drive sales.
  • Write short-form copy for offers, and landing pages (with AI support).
  • Collaborate with designers and video editors to turn ideas into creative assets - ads and landing pages.
  • Work with the ads team to understand what’s performing and brainstorm next tests.
  • Keep a library of ideas, offers, and results to learn what resonates best.
Skills & Experience
  • You love creative marketing — finding new ways to make people stop and care.
  • You think in hooks and ideas, not fluff.
  • You’re organized, proactive, and communicate clearly.
  • You can write fast, use AI tools, and enjoy testing ideas in the real world.
  • Bonus: experience in DTC, social media ads, or creative strategy.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

FIXED SERVICE FEE

€1,000 - €1,500 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.

Please note that this role is based on a contract/freelance agreement.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS

❕This role is 100% remote.

  • Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
  • For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy. (This doesn’t apply to part‑time roles.)
