Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will play a key part in supporting administrative tasks, coordinating events, and assisting in the execution of marketing activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to grow in the field of marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events (internal and external)
- Maintain and update marketing calendars, contact lists, and event schedules
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue bookings, catering, promotional materials, and staffing
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, both digital and print
- Help manage inventory of marketing collateral and event supplies
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and maintaining marketing databases (e.g., CRM, mailing lists)
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other departments as needed
- Perform general office and administrative duties to support marketing operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role (internships included) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or CRM systems is a bonus
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
