Job Responsibilities

1. Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
2. Social Media Management - Content creation, compilation, copywriting, and editing for social media, email, newsletters, projects, etc.
3. Research national and industry/market-related trends and implement findings.
4. Conduct competitor analysis per brand.
5. Support campaign and brand management, including CMO strategy implementation.
6. Provide feedback, manage tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
7. Reporting and analysis of marketing activities.
8. Effective teamwork and self-management with minimal supervision.
9. Administrative support duties.
10. Understanding of Zoho applications, from digital tools to CRM, and experience with Nifty as a project management tool.

Requirements

• BCom Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• At least 1 year of general marketing experience or proven experience in a marketing role (internships or previous positions are beneficial).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with marketing software/tools such as Google Analytics and social media platforms.

Design applications: Canva, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, GMB, etc.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, with creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills. Enthusiasm for working in a multi-brand, collaborative environment.
