Job description

A leading organisation is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team. The main purpose of the role is supporting the Head of Brand and Events in various activities to promote the company’s brand and products/services. You will work closely with the marketing team and gain hands-on experience in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, analyzing data, and contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Management: Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities.
  2. Content Creation: Support in the development of marketing collateral, including blog posts, articles, and visual content. Assist in maintaining a content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
  3. Event Execution: Coordinate the logistics of events, webinars, and promotional activities.
  4. Data Analysis: Compile and analyze marketing data to measure the success of campaigns.
  5. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the marketing team.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including organizing meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. Management of the account’s payment process for the event and brand area.
  7. Branded Collateral Support: Order corporate gifts and manage the corporate gift store. Order and maintain internal and external banners, manage the distribution, collections, and implementation for different events.
  8. Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitors, and new opportunities. Summarize findings and present insights to the marketing team. Monitor daily media through Novus.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
  4. Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  5. Experience with Graphic Design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  6. Familiarity with LinkedIn and all digital forums.
  7. Knowledge of SEO principles.
