The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for the successful completion of planned marketing programs.

Marketing assistants support the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs, and with the development of new marketing strategies.

Their responsibilities may include analyzing data to monitor campaigns and evaluate results, creating and managing the production of marketing collateral, helping with the organization of events, and providing project-specific administrative support.

  2. Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns

  4. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
  5. Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
  6. Established press and media contacts
  7. Confidence
  8. Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  9. Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  10. Exquisite communication and people skills
  11. Administration or sales and marketing assistant experience
  12. A high level of attention to detail
  13. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  14. Digital marketing experience
  15. Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
  16. Manage content and updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  17. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  18. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  19. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  20. Assisting with promotional activities
  21. Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
  22. Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
  23. Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing
  24. Working closely with the sales and marketing department
  25. Maintaining a marketing database
  26. Providing administrative support to the marketing and sales team
  27. Understanding company product and brand
  28. Creating and interpreting a variety of reports
  29. Organizing market research
  30. Updating social media accounts
  31. Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
  32. Assist with the production of marketing materials and collateral
  33. Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows
  34. Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
  35. Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
