Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and growing overseas private traffic channels, primarily Discord and Instagram.
• Execute community engagement activities, including interactive posts, Q&A sessions, giveaways, and live events.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create platform-specific visuals, captions, and campaign assets.
• Monitor community sentiment, collect user feedback, and prepare regular reports for optimization.
• Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and key community members to expand reach.
• Support the launch of localized campaigns tailored to overseas audiences, aligning with cultural trends.
• Track key performance metrics (follower growth, engagement rate, retention) and suggest improvements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, International Business, or related field.
• Familiarity with Discord community management tools and Instagram growth strategies.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Creative mindset, trend awareness, and ability to produce engaging content for Gen Z and Millennials.
• Good analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools.
