Role Summary

This is an entry-level role supporting the PwC Africa Operational Restructuring team through content development , IP creation , and select project delivery . The role is ideal for a marketing or brand management graduate who is passionate about storytelling, business strategy, and driving visibility for high-impact work. You will help shape the narrative around our restructuring and performance improvement capabilities, while gaining exposure to client work focused on top-line growth.

Qualifications / Certifications Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Brand Management, Business Science, or related field.

  • Strong academic performance and a passion for business communication and strategy.

Experience Required

  • Exposure to marketing, communications, or brand strategy (internships or academic projects).

  • Familiarity with content creation, digital marketing, or campaign planning.

  • Interest in business transformation, financial services, or consulting environments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word); familiarity with design tools is a plus.

Responsibilities of Role

As a member of the PwC CARS (Capital Advisory and Restructuring Services) team, you will:

  • Support the development of thought leadership, articles, and market-facing content.

  • Assist in the creation and packaging of intellectual property (IP) assets.

  • Collaborate with senior team members to translate technical insights into compelling narratives.

  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.

  • Participate in select client projects, particularly those focused on revenue growth and brand positioning.

  • Help prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with other PwC teams to align messaging and amplify impact.

  • Support internal team initiatives, including knowledge management and capability building.
