Requirements :

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar marketing or sales role.
  • Qualification in marketing, sales, or related field.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.
  • Service-oriented with the ability to organise, plan, and prioritise work efficiently.
  • Strong relationship-building and client-service focus.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must adhere to the institution’s code of ethics and undergo a compulsory criminal record check.

The responsibilities are :

  1. Conduct thorough market research and provide regular reports.
  2. Generate leads to support learner enrolment.
  3. Coordinate and manage promotional events.
  4. Oversee general sales and enrolment processes.
  5. Assist with the induction of new learners.
  6. Deploy marketing materials consistently and ensure the correct and relevant materials are used.
  7. Manage brand integrity, including correct use of the school’s corporate identity (CI).
  8. Support marketing initiatives, including securing PR opportunities and maintaining / building local media relations.
  9. Oversee and maintain the school’s virtual presence, including social media and website updates, in line with approved marketing plans.
  10. Demonstrate personal commitment to education and actively contribute to the values and ethos of the institution.
