Requirements :

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a similar marketing or sales role.
  • Qualification in marketing, sales, or related field.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Keen attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and influencing skills.
  • Service-oriented with the ability to organise, plan, and prioritise work efficiently.
  • Strong relationship-building and client-service focus.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must adhere to the institution’s code of ethics and undergo a compulsory criminal record check.

The responsibilities are :

  • Conduct thorough market research and provide regular reports.
  • Generate leads to support learner enrolment.
  • Coordinate and manage promotional events.
  • Oversee general sales and enrolment processes.
  • Assist with the induction of new learners.
  • Deploy marketing materials consistently and ensure the correct and relevant materials are used.
  • Manage brand integrity, including correct use of the school’s corporate identity (CI).
  • Support marketing initiatives, including securing PR opportunities and maintaining / building local media relations.
  • Oversee and maintain the school’s virtual presence, including social media and website updates, in line with approved marketing plans.
  • Demonstrate personal commitment to education and actively contribute to the values and ethos of the institution.
