Duties summarized: Marketing
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing, print, and electronic communications, including letterhead, logos, brochures, presentations, website content, and project leaflets.
- Write, edit, and contribute to marketing materials, brochures, presentations, digital/online content, and communications.
- Liaise with senior management, engineers, and project managers to prepare presentations and project leaflets.
- Manage and order branded materials, promotional items, gifts for employees, and gifts for clients.
- Coordinate with suppliers (e.g., graphic designers, signage providers, merchandise vendors) to ensure timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Assist local HR team with staff communication, employee engagement, team-building activities, and new employee onboarding.
- Assist with planning and coordinating various events, including conferences, trade shows, and workshops.
- Support photo and video shoots across the office, workshop, and project sites as required.
- Keep company notice boards updated.
- Manage client contact details.
- Attend marketing meetings.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Support the Operations Manager and Managing Director by researching local charities and community projects for potential funding.
- Assist with organizing and supporting the company’s annual fundraising auction and related activities.
- Help maintain relationships with selected charities, acting as a point of contact when needed.
- Collect and organize information on how donated funds are used to support reporting.
- Keep clear and accurate records of CSR activities and assist with any required compliance documentation.
- Support internal communication about CSR initiatives and their impact.
Profile
- Relevant degree (Marketing, Communications, Journalism, etc.)
- Experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (desirable)
- Moderate knowledge in working with MS Office 365 (MS Teams, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel)
- Experience with basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, etc. (desirable)
- Own vehicle and driver’s license.
- 3 or more years' experience in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
