Position: Senior Marketing & Content Specialist

Location: In office (Cape Town or JHB) | Remuneration: Market related, based on experience

ANVIL Property Smith is looking for acreative, driven Marketing & Content Specialistto take the lead on brand, content, and communications across ANVIL and sister company, IRON.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support brokers in building their personal brands
• Create weekly internal and external mailers
• Develop engaging content and visuals for social media
• Drive brand culture through storytelling (ANVIL + IRON)
• Curate thought-leadership content with the Director
• Oversee all IRON content from start to finish
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity

Skills & Experience:

• Strong writing, editing, and content planning abilities
• Social media and campaign strategy (organic + paid)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Google Suite and video editing
• Understanding of brand, tone, and digital audience engagement
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and problem solving skills

You’ll be supported by a dedicated SEO/data team, your focus will becreative strategy and content. This is a growing role with space to make it your own.
