In this newly created position, we are looking to recruit a Marketing & Communications Manager within the Goodwood Art Foundation.

This is a truly unique opportunity to launch a leading Art Foundation, creating and implementing an integrated communication and marketing strategy. You'll help ensure all activity is fresh, impactful, and engaging to drive awareness and loyalty.

Along with a naturally creative mindset and passion for art, the successful candidate must have excellent copywriting skills and enjoy storytelling to effectively build the brand and tone of voice of the Art Foundation.

You will possess a strong data-driven approach to optimize customer behavior and market trends, and an understanding of how to coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.

Thinking outside the box, you will create core organic content to reach a wide passive audience, ensuring effective marketing of our unique stories, points of difference, and values.

As an effective influencer, you will confidently manage multiple stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively to differentiate the Goodwood Art Foundation.

What you’ll have:

  • Proven experience in Marketing & Communications within the luxury sector
  • Previous experience in the art world or not-for-profit organizations is an advantage
  • Digitally savvy with results-driven marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of marketing tactics and measurement tools to influence campaigns, attract and retain customers, and grow revenue
