Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly motivated Marketing and Communications Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance the profile of a private school, engaging with the community, and effectively communicating the school's values and achievements.

Qualifications
  • Experience in marketing, communications, and/or public relations, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate marketing team members and activities across the three phases of the school.
  • Skills in digital marketing, including social media management, website maintenance, and content creation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills to produce newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with branding principles.
  • Experience liaising with media, managing public relations, and coordinating advertising efforts.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
  • Passion for storytelling and promoting the school's ethos, values, and achievements.
  • Ability to create engaging visual and written content for various platforms.
