Job description

Remote (SA-based preferred) | Part-Time | From R5,000 p/m

We’re seeking a sharp, hands-on Marketing & Advertising Specialist to help us drive real results, especially online sales through our e-commerce store.

This role is ideal for someone who can own the performance side of marketing and work independently to turn strategy into action.

Your Core Responsibilities

  1. Website Maintenance & SEO
    • Improve mobile site speed, SEO structure, and user experience
    • Fix UX and content issues (alt tags, meta descriptions, layout cleanups)
  2. Google, LinkedIn & Meta Ads
    • Plan, launch, and manage Google Search, Performance Max, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads
    • Set up proper e-commerce tracking and optimise campaigns for conversions
    • Run remarketing and audience targeting strategies
    • Monitor and refine ad performance regularly
    • Provide monthly reporting and feedback
    • Propose new campaign ideas to improve ROI
  3. Bonus Contributions
    • Support with email marketing flows (cart abandonment, welcome series)
    • Suggest content angles or visuals (you won’t need to design, just help shape direction)
    • Recommend how to split budgets between channels for maximum impact
    • Help with light creative edits via tools like Canva or Figma
    • Experience running e-commerce-focused ad campaigns
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager & WordPress
    • A strategic mindset and hands-on approach
    • Strong communication and initiative — you're comfortable owning your lane
    • Familiarity with WooCommerce or Shopify, and conversion optimisation
