Job summary

Agoda seeks a strategic Senior Marketing Manager to own the full marketing P&L for a multi‑million dollar partnership and lead a 2–3 person team across global channels. You will shape partner marketing strategy and drive data‑driven decisions to maximize revenue.

You will collaborate with regional business units and product teams to align marketing with business goals, building scalable analytics and measurement frameworks for ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• SQL proficiency with multi-table queries and joins.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
• Experience with experimentation design and statistics is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2–3 marketing specialists and set OKRs.
• Own full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Define marketing strategy and optimize channel investments.
• Oversee analytics, dashboards, and reporting for the partnership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and executive stakeholders.
