WeBuyCars is looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Administrator to join our growing marketing team.

We leverage technology to streamline processes, offer competitive prices, and provide exceptional customer service. Our marketing team plays a crucial role in ensuring our brand stays ahead in this evolving industry.

What You'll Do:

  1. Marketing Campaign Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to support the execution of marketing campaigns.
  2. Market Research & Data Analysis: Gather and analyse customer feedback and behaviour data to assist in marketing decision-making.
  3. Content & Branding Support: Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. Ensure branding guidelines are followed across all marketing materials.
  4. Budget & Financial Management: Process invoices and manage payments for vendors and advertising. Submit and reconcile credit card statements.
  5. Event Planning & Coordination: Plan and organise events, such as golf days and activations. Handle logistics, including booking venues, catering, and event promotion. Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, and vendors.
  6. Email Marketing: Create and send email campaigns via marketing automation tools. Manage and segment email lists for targeted outreach.
  7. Administrative Duties: Maintain marketing calendars and schedules. Organise and archive marketing files, documents, and assets. Schedule and coordinate meetings, taking minutes and action items.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing administration or coordination role.
  2. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  3. Experience with email marketing tools.
  4. Valid driver's licence and own transport.
