Job description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Administration: Accurate capturing of prospective student information, appointments, and applications onto SIS and all applicable reports.
  2. Capturing all leads into relevant campaigns (Online applications, Online enquiries, Telephone enquiries).
  3. Working cooperatively with the Head: Student Recruitment regarding database statistics for marketing reports, such as Presentation Trackers and sales reports.
  4. Assisting Student Advisors with database administration and associated correspondence.
  5. Ensuring data integrity across all systems related to prospective students and applicants.
  6. Collaborating with the Sales Analyst to ensure reports are accurate and balanced.

General Activities:

  1. Providing support for planning Information evenings and Online orientations.
  2. Supporting the student recruitment team through database calling and appointment scheduling during peak periods, as directed by the Head: Student Recruitment.
  3. Performing any ad hoc duties assigned by the Head: Student Recruitment.

Competencies Required:

  • Organizational and administrative skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at an intermediate level
  • Problem-solving skills

Minimum Educational Requirements: Matric and a relevant 3-year Diploma/Degree.

Minimum Work Experience: 1-2 years of administration experience.

Sales experience: Advantageous.

Desired Skills: Administration, Microsoft Office, communication skills, accuracy.

Desired Work Experience: 1-2 years in Marketing Assistance.

Desired Qualification Level: Degree.
