• Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support.
• Provide Front Office support
• Assist with website updates and support
• Prepare, format, distribute, and maintain business documents, reports, presentations, and meeting packs.
• Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure accurate document management and record keeping.
• Capture, update, and maintain business information and records in relevant systems and databases.
• Assist with documenting business processes, procedures, and workflows.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate meeting minutes.
• Track and follow up on action items arising from meetings and projects.
• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of operational projects and initiatives.
• Assist with compiling management information and routine reports as required.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of administrative tasks and deliverables.
