Based in Melrose Arch | ️ Travel across Africa required

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth across emerging markets? Betway Africa is looking for a Market Manager to lead initiatives that span market intelligence, marketing strategy, and cross-functional execution across the continent.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide strategic guidance & improve customer experience through insights
  2. Drive implementation of key initiatives across divisions
  3. Optimize business processes & interrogate data to inform decisions
  4. Act as point of contact for in-country teams and ensure P&L accountability
  5. Assist in brand positioning & customer growth strategies
  6. Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver high-impact campaigns
  7. Lead competitive intelligence and track regional trends
  8. Conduct customer focus groups and landscape analysis
