Market Management
  • Provide strategic guidance
  • Improve customer experience through strategic insights
  • Establish key strategic initiatives and drive implementation
  • Create focus within Osiris by engaging and coordinating with all stakeholders across the business
  • Conduct strategic investigations into all business processes across divisions to identify and fix shortfalls and optimize processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for in-country teams and communicate developments within the business
  • Create country management accountability for P&L
  • Analyze business data to inform decision-making
Marketing
  • Assist in developing brand and marketing positioning strategies
  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring, retaining, and growing the customer base
  • Collaborate with in-country teams and the Johannesburg marketing team to identify and pursue new marketing activities
  • Lead regional competitive and business intelligence processes to monitor competitors’ key moves
  • Utilize competitive intelligence and insights to influence business strategy
  • Analyze current and upcoming country markets to identify launch plans, inefficiencies, and opportunities
  • Understand the marketing landscape and conduct focus groups with customers
