Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or other relevant degree

Experience:

Duties & Responsibilities

Internal Process

  • Develop and implement approaches to identify and develop new market opportunities.
  • Ensure ongoing analysis of market opportunities in the segment.
  • Take full responsibility for negotiating and acquiring new markets, including payroll deduction arrangements, new worksite partnerships, and union and employer schemes.
  • Continuously ensure deal-making, partnering, and collaboration across multiple channels.
  • Stay informed about trends, legislation, and best practices within the financial services industry to optimize and align service offerings.
  • Drive strategy implementation to maximize revenue through solution alignment.
  • Implement and operationalize tactical plans in collaboration with executive management and other stakeholders to enable service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with business areas to share knowledge, insights, and address gaps or challenges.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders to understand business priorities and requirements.
  • Gather market intelligence and new product ideas, sharing insights with the management team.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement or challenges and implement mitigation tactics.
