Requirements

• Knowledge of relevant insurance legislation, conventions (e.g., Hague‑Visby Rules), and industry practices.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
• Proficiency in using insurance underwriting systems and MS Office applications.
• A relevant professional qualification in insurance (e.g., ACII, CIP) or a business‑related degree is highly advantageous.
