Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring and analyzing economic, regulatory, technological, and other relevant variables to understand the international and domestic Manufacturing Sector.

Gather relevant data on current customer and economic trends to identify opportunities for market share growth and develop subject matter expertise.

Assist the manager in collating customer insights to help establish and influence the Manufacturing Sector strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Business Management

• Foster collaboration among all supporting businesses (Communications, Compliance, Credit, Customer, Distribution, Finance, Fraud, IT, Marketing, MI, Pricing, Product, Risk).
• Monitor legislative changes impacting the sector and assess their impact on strategy and customers.
• Compile monthly reports on industry developments and performance against targets.
• Analyze trends in manufacturing, market share, and growth opportunities across regions.

• Research and produce reports analyzing sector variables, trends, and outlooks.
• Support credit teams with research and feasibility assessments.
• Build financial models and assess deal feasibility.
• Gather data to support strategic planning and business development.
• Understand customer needs and develop sector offerings accordingly.
• Research and propose innovative solutions and participate in industry forums.
• Prepare and present reports on industry trends to stakeholders.
• Identify business opportunities through client research and cross-selling.

• Manage service level agreements with support units.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities, including client events and panels.

Minimum Education and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
