Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 7+ years of manufacturing operations experience focusing on process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred.

• Strong leadership and change management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience in cross-functional team leadership.

About the Role

Our client, a dynamic manufacturing entity, is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Improvement Lead to spearhead their continuous improvement initiatives at their facility in Mahikeng, North West . Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing operations with a strong focus on process improvement.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of leading successful, large-scale process improvement projects.
• In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (5S, VSM, Kanban, etc.) and Six Sigma DMAIC methodology.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and change management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional team leadership.
