Spane4all is offering an In-Service Trainee: Manufacturing Planning opportunity in South Africa. The 12-month contract is registered with the FoodBev SETA, exposing trainees to planning, scheduling, and coordination within manufacturing operations.

Participants will learn to align production with demand forecasts, optimize resources, and contribute to efficiency improvements across the supply chain, gaining practical experience and professional growth.

Qualifications

• South African citizen aged 18–35
• Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy at least 40%
• Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language at 40%
• Currently studying towards a relevant qualification in manufacturing, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related field
• Unemployed and not previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another company
• Employment Equity guidelines are preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and monitoring manufacturing plans and schedules
• Support the coordination of production activities to meet demand requirements
• Gather and analyze data to improve resource allocation and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
• Document and report on planning activities as required by supervisors
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment
