Formación

• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operator or similar production role.

Responsabilidades

About the Role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Manufacturing Operators to join their production facility in Mossel Bay . You will be responsible for operating various types of manufacturing machinery, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality goods. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and workplace safety guidelines.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or production issues to the shift supervisor.
• Assist in material handling, including loading and unloading materials as required for production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to overall site tidiness and efficiency.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Manufacturing Operator or in a similar production role is an advantage.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions, including SOPs and safety guidelines.
