We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to join our professional Production Department based in Kempton Park, Gauteng.The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all machinery and equipment within the facility.Responsibilities : Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipmentTroubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issuesEnsure compliance with safety regulationsDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programsCoordinate with production and operations teams to minimize downtimeMaintain accurate records of maintenance activitiesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and cost savingsTrain and supervise maintenance staffPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fieldProven experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipmentFamiliarity with maintenance software and toolsExcellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance issuesIf you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment, we encourage you to apply for the Maintenance Manager position.
