• Grade 12
• Degree in Cost / Management Accounting
• Cost Analysis experience in Water Solutions / Manufacturing
• Strong ERP Systems Experience (Oracle or any other related)
• MS Excel Super User
• Strong Pivot Tables
• Strong experience in V-Looks
• Oracle (advantage)

DUTIES:

1. Daily Dashboard to be published for bookings and revenue
2. Price list management
3. Service P&L preparation and cost analysis
4. Updating price stick tool to include all product lines
5. Prepare Bank Reconciliations
6. Prepare Blackline reconciliation for review (+- 60 recons)
7. Prepare Cross Charge and reconcile all unbilled amounts
8. Issue ICO invoices on Oracle
9. Payroll Check output and approve journal entry
10. Payroll Release payment on Citi Bank
11. Payroll Check outputs
12. Payroll Recapture EMP201 on SARS E-filing
13. Load budget into OS
14. Oracle Support Load New Suppliers and employees
15. New Vendor Screening
16. Oracle Support Standard Costing Roll forward
17. Bank Transactions: Load ICO and 3rd party Supplier Payments onto Citi Bank
18. Invoicing
19. Credit Notes
20. Manual Delivery Notes
