Job summary

Unilever South Africa is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Production Manager to partner with manufacturing leadership across the SA network. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and governance to improve profitability and deliver sustainable savings.

You will lead a high-performing finance team, manage capital expenditure proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to enable strategic decisions and value creation.

Qualifications

• Professional finance qualification (CA/CIMA or equivalent) and nearing completion preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Experience with SOX controls and financial governance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across manufacturing sites.
• Drive cost optimization, governance and capital investment evaluation.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement and Category Finance to unlock value.
• Lead a finance team of 4–8 professionals and develop capability.
