About the role

Are you passionate about leading a team towards excellence in one of the most vital sectors of consumer health and hygiene? As Reckitt's Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you'll be the linchpin in our manufacturing operations, ensuring the implementation of our Global Reckitt Production System (RPS) in collaboration with the Manufacturing Excellence co-leads and the site director. You will champion the production of high-quality products that meet the needs of millions globally. This role is your opportunity to pioneer innovative solutions and inspire a team dedicated to making a real difference in people's lives.

Your responsibilities
  • Co-lead the implementation of the Global Manufacturing Operating System (RPS) to enhance performance and address gaps to targets.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance of performance measures and loss definitions with global standards. Improve data collection efficiency and accuracy in collaboration with IT&D teams and digital manufacturing initiatives. Optimize reporting and visualization for better gap diagnosis.
  • Diagnose performance gaps and initiate improvement plans across functions. Train, coach, and assess problem-solving and gap diagnosis capabilities for both sporadic and chronic losses.
  • Develop functional capabilities based on TPM/IWS pillars for performance improvement. Act as an instructor, facilitator, and change agent, inspiring operational excellence across functions.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement based on core principles of TPM/WCM/IWS/Lean.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce OEE losses, waste, energy consumption, quality losses, safety risks, and increase productivity.
  • Manage the CI budget and monitor financial results.
  • Lead strategic initiatives to build team capabilities.
  • Mentor operators and teams, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
  • Ensure seamless operations through collaboration with cross-functional teams and uphold safety and quality standards.
The experience we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in FMCG, including experience as a functional manager.
  • At least 4 years working in operations with structured manufacturing excellence programs, demonstrating system adoption and results.
  • Experience with TPM/WCM/IWS strategy implementation.
  • Proven training and coaching skills in TPM/WCM/IWS methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, change management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience implementing digital systems like MES, connected worker, Power BI, etc.
  • Instructor or program management experience in TPM/IWS/WCM, with statistical tools knowledge.
  • Passion for people development and continuous improvement.
  • Leadership presence, motivation skills, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to build business partnerships and work collaboratively.
