The role covers supplier and customer invoicing, bank reconciliations, stock movements, BOM cost analysis, and year‑end processes within SYSPRO and Excel. On‑site manufacturing setting with potential for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified in accounting or related field.
• Min 3 years of hands-on SYSPRO experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Proficient in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare payment runs and load payments for bank approval.
• Perform full bank reconciliations for all accounts.
• Capture supplier invoices and match to POs/GRNs.
• Prepare VAT 201 calculations and ensure VAT compliance.
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and tag assets.
• Assist with cycle counts and stock movements.
• Prepare month-end journals including depreciation and prepayments.
• Support Financial Manager with BOM cost fluctuations.
• Assist in preparing external audit files.
