Job description

This role is responsible for driving the identification, design, and development of solutions across the full spectrum of IT products and services for our clients. A key aspect of this role is facilitating the development of innovative solutions that enhance clients' IT and digital journeys in line with industry best practices. The role actively connects technology, client strategy, BCX strategy, and future opportunities, ensuring that our clients and BCX remain visible and at the forefront of technological innovation.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

  • Co-create, define, and communicate, as part of the Commercial: Sales & Solutions executive team, the strategic direction of the Solutions business division within the broader BCX strategy.

Develop the divisional strategy considering current and future market forces, aligned with the BCX IT Solutions strategy, value chain, and overall business strategy.

  • Provide thought leadership and demonstrate commitment to XaaS practices and organizational change. Support the implementation of the XaaS business model and contribute to the transformation journey, fostering a culture of innovation, change, and collaboration across BCX.
  • Lead the creation of product sets and define go-to-market strategies supporting Group drivers.
  • Be accountable for the financial performance of the Solution Sales division, focusing on revenue growth, EBITDA, and long-term sustainability.
  • Promote a culture of innovation by developing new services, products, features, and delivery models to enhance BCX's competitiveness in line with the XaaS strategy.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across all levels within the Commercial division, internal groups, and external partners to integrate solutions effectively across the BCX value chain.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform offerings and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, working with sales and account teams to tailor solutions to specific requirements.

Experience

  • 10 to 12 years of experience leading diverse teams within a large, complex organization, with at least 5 years at an executive level. Experience should include P&L responsibility, shaping and driving strategy, and leading change in IT Solutions.
  • Proven business acumen and experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
