Key Responsibilities :

As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the Life Insurance division, leading end-to-end operations, including product development, distribution, and customer experience. You will champion digital transformation and drive financial inclusion through innovative, accessible insurance solutions. The role requires strong oversight of regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks, while also building and inspiring a high-performing leadership team.
