Role Overview

The Managing Director is responsible for leading and executing the Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) strategy, including growth and profitability targets within a competitive consumer internet environment.

The role focuses on expanding market share and overseeing strategic initiatives to ensure the company's success in the market.

Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  2. MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
  3. Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a telecoms or ISP environment, including at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role.
  4. Experience leading business units within highly regulated sectors.
  5. Proven success in startup launches, business turnarounds, or market expansion.
  6. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and large-scale transformation projects.
