As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic direction of the General Insurance division, leading end-to-end operations, including product development, distribution, and customer experience. The role requires strong oversight of regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks, while also building and inspiring a high-performing leadership team.
