Minimum Education Required : MBA qualification Responsibilities : Responsibilities include conducting the overall management of the company, developing and implementing effective strategies and plans to achieve companys goals and growth targets.

Supervise and manage all departments including sales, marketing, human resources, inventory, supply chain, financial and customer services.

A proven track record of successfully managing a company with excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills and experience in the management of senior staff, employees, and HR matters.

Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintaining quality products that are competitive, all while delivering excellent customer support.

Preparation of quarterly MD business reports.

Maintaining and supporting "The four disciplines of Execution 4DX programme."

Candidate must be fluent in English and Afrikaans
