Job summary

Recruitment Matters Africa (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Managing Director to run the business, set direction, and stay close to the daily running of operations from Cape Town. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who can drive growth and own the P&L.

The role requires a proven track record in senior leadership with full P&L accountability, strong strategic capability, and hands-on management. Experience with M&A is considered an advantage as the company plans expansion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a MD or senior leader with full P&L accountability.
• Track record of growing and expanding a business.
• Entrepreneurial approach with ability to build market leadership.
• Strong strategic abilities and hands-on operational management.
• Previous M&A exposure is advantageous.
