Responsible for leading a team of support bankers ensuring they provide efficient and effective support to the Enterprise MultiChannel and Portfolio segment teams by understanding client priorities. This role involves overseeing end-to-end people management practices ensuring high-risk routine compliance and enhancing the overall client experience.
Qualifications:
Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Licenses & Certifications:
- FAIS Representative (Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act) certification, especially in regions where this is a regulatory requirement.
- Certifications in Risk Management, Credit Analysis, or Financial Services could be beneficial.
- Certified Banking Professional (CBP) or similar certifications are often an added advantage.
Experience Required:
- Enterprise Direct Propositions
- Business & Commercial Banking
- 5-7 years of experience
- Previous experience in leading teams with a strong background in risk and credit management.
