Job Description

To manage and control the Real Estate portfolio, including variable accounting workflows, processes, and payments in line with accounting policies and best practices. Oversee query resolution for fixed and variable costs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Develop and implement continuous improvement of systems and processes, ensuring compliance with operational risk requirements. Responsible for people management and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Coordinate special projects and manage the implementation of other initiatives.

Qualifications

  • A Degree in Finance and Accounting or a Degree in Office Administration

Experience:

  • People Management Skills, Conflict management / Disciplinary Management.
  • Decision making and negotiating skills, Ability to lead and influence people. Ability to drive a culture of high performing teams. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Extensive knowledge/experience in: Accounting principles and concepts \ Market best practice \ Complex problem solving.
  • Knowledge/understanding of payment systems used within the Bank (SAP REFX)
