The role requires strong strategic sourcing and procurement skills, with a background in managing teams and subcontracting. This role involves managing and driving the execution of sourcing activities in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. The responsibilities include enabling effective supplier and contract management, implementing and overseeing the measurement and evaluation of the supplier base within the allocated category, with the goal of minimizing costs and optimizing benefits. The sourcing process must align with Preferential Procurement targets.
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Purchasing and Procurement
Strategic Sourcing and Procurement: 8-10 years of experience, including managing a team of sourcing specialists responsible for a category of goods and/or services. Proven track record in procurement contracting with strong negotiation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
