Job Description

To develop, drive and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to protect, drive brand awareness, engagement, conversions, and continuous improvement of Social Media Brand reputation and operational practices in alignment with the bank's goals and objectives.

To manage online reputational risk on social media platforms and joint accountability with Brand and Marketing teams in managing overall sentiment rating in comparison to competitors.

Qualifications

  1. Type of Qualification: Business Commerce, Marketing Degree
  2. Field of Study: Marketing
  3. Experience Required: 5-7 years experience.
  4. Proven track record of work experience within a Social Media service / Community Management environment or related Brand and Reputation Management, social media, Marketing / Communication related experience.
  5. Experience in managing a team of social moderators / community managers.
  6. Strong business / product knowledge and sufficient expertise to command respect and credibility with senior stakeholders.
  7. Strong analytics and portfolio management experience.
