Business Segment : Business & Commercial BankingLocation : ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30Job Description : To develop, drive and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to protect, drive brand awareness, engagement, conversions and continuous improvement of Social Media Brand reputation and operational practices in alignment with the bank's goals and objectives.

To manage online reputational risk on social media platforms and joint accountability with Brand and Marketing teams in managing overall sentiment rating in comparison to competitors.QualificationsType of Qualification : Business Commerce, Marketing DegreeField of Study : MarketingExperience RequiredBrand & Marketing : 5-7 years experience.

Proven track record of work experience within a Social Media service / Community Management environment or related Brand and Reputation Management, social media, Marketing / Communication related experience.

Experience in managing a team of social moderators / community managers.

Strong business / product knowledge and sufficient expertise to command respect and credibility with senior stakeholders.

Strong analytics and portfolio management experience.
